ORDERS & PAYMENT

Order Placement
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Delusion Streetwear. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance—your order is confirmed only when it is dispatched.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order is delivered
  • Bank Transfer: Send payment to the account details provided at checkout and share the screenshot at streetweardelusion@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03355420666

Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policy
We deliver across Pakistan via Trax. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days; during peak seasons, allow 5-7 working days. Flat shipping charges of Rs. 200 apply, with free shipping on orders above Rs. 4,999.

Delivery Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package may result in additional charges.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Delusion Streetwear are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for products that you don't like, have sizing issues, or are faulty. To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Send the product to our warehouse: H#L2, Near Afzal Masjid, Block 14, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
  3. For exchanges: Receive replacement with zero COD
  4. For returns: Receive a refund to your bank account (delivery charges non-refundable unless product is faulty)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Delusion Streetwear website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, photographs, and software, is the property of Delusion Streetwear or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
