Return & Exchange Policy

At Delusion Streetwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to make it right. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Valid Reasons

  • You don't like the product
  • Sizing issues (too small, too large, doesn't fit as expected)
  • Product is faulty or defective
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product arrived damaged during shipping

Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Initiating a return or exchange is simple. Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product (if applicable).

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with return authorization and instructions. Please do not ship products back without contacting us first.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (or suitable alternative) and ship it to our warehouse:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Step 5: Completion

For Exchanges:
After inspection, we'll ship your exchange item with zero COD charges. You'll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

For Refunds:
After inspection, we'll process your refund to your bank account within 5-7 business days. You'll need to provide your bank account details for the transfer.


REFUND POLICY

Refund Amount

  • Full product price will be refunded
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable if the return is due to personal preference or sizing issues
  • If the product is faulty or we made an error, we'll refund the full amount including delivery charges

Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer to your provided account
  • COD payments will be refunded to your bank account (not cash)

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Options

  • Size exchange (different size of the same product)
  • Product exchange (different product of equal or higher value)
  • Color/design exchange (if available in stock)

Exchange Shipping

  • Your exchange item will be shipped with zero COD charges
  • Standard delivery time applies (3-5 working days)

Price Difference

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your account

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, socks, or intimate apparel (unless faulty or unopened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or altered products

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologize. We'll make it right immediately.

What We Cover:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during shipping
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Missing items from your order

Our Commitment:

  • Full refund including delivery charges, OR
  • Free replacement with priority shipping
  • We'll cover all return and re-shipment costs

Important: Please report faulty or damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with photos for faster resolution.


DELIVERY CHARGES BREAKDOWN

Customer Responsibility (Non-Refundable Delivery Charges):

  • Returns due to: "Don't like the product" or "Sizing issues"
  • You pay for return shipping
  • Original delivery charges are not refunded

Our Responsibility (Refundable Delivery Charges):

  • Returns due to: "Faulty product," "Wrong item," or "Damaged during shipping"
  • We cover return shipping
  • Original delivery charges are fully refunded

IMPORTANT NOTES

Condition of Returns

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Do not remove or damage product tags before deciding to keep the item

Return Shipping

  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during return transit
  • Use a reliable courier service with tracking
  • Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed

Contact Before Shipping

  • Always contact us before sending items back
  • Returns without prior authorization may not be processed
  • Include your order number and contact details in the package

Stock Availability for Exchanges

  • Exchange items are subject to stock availability
  • If your preferred size/product is out of stock, we'll offer alternatives or a refund

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you ordered multiple items and want to return/exchange only some of them:

  • Contact us with details of which items you wish to return
  • Follow the same return process for selected items
  • Keep the items you're satisfied with

LOST OR DAMAGED RETURNS

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Properly packaging items to prevent damage
  • Keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number

Once the courier confirms delivery to our warehouse, we'll take full responsibility for processing your return/exchange.


EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance that falls outside our standard policy, please contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
